Not pretty, but a win is a win. It doesn't help when you have to suffer a poor referee.

1 goal at home to THE struggling team in the league but at least the wheels didn't completely fall off the bus and we got the win. Despite a lacklustre performance, 7th in the table looks a damn sight healthier than where we were only a short time ago. A two week break and then a real test comes up at Wolves. The result from that will have a massive impact on team confidence whichever way it goes but we need to beat the Wolves and Cardiffs of the league if we are really going to get anywhere. Beat Wolves and we gain our fear factor to other clubs.

8 games unbeaten, 4 wins on the bounce, 1 goal conceded in last 6 games and only 1 point off the play offs. Surely people are going to just be happy tonight? Bolton came with a game plan Neil Warnock would have been proud of, the constant shirt pulling and little trips every time a player looked to have turned his man was ridiculous. Davis looks like he is struggling to me, not sure if he is still injured or not. MOM Snodgrass for me.

Should have put the game to bed in the first half, let alone the second but good work to hang on for the win even if there were some heart in month moments. Shame for Taylor, I thought he was great. Snoddy, starting to look dangerous every time he touches it. Great to have Kodja back, so lively and makes a huge difference. Onwards and upwards! Hope the break doesn't effect us. Well done Bruce and boys.

The only crumb of comfort I can take is we won ugly, where was our recent 'attacking intent' , I'm not a fan of this constant passing it back and forth across the midfield and defence, we need to move the ball forwards quicker and stretch defences more. Would still like to see O'Hare given some more time on the pitch. Wolves away next , must get a point at least, we cannot afford a slip up to our contenders after all the hard work to put ourselves in a good position to challange not only play-offs but also an automatic spot.

Tough game that against a (overly) physical team and a woeful ref. Great win.
