LOL Piper i concur dude, four more wins, two draws and as long as we avoid defeat to Reading and QPR in the process we will be fine, really fine ;}

What about Wigan final day Clive?

Great stuff!! Obviously result was all that mattered and we got it FINALLY. I think if Weimann scored the easiest chance he'll get in his career then we would have hammered them but instead we made it hard on ourselves, to be expected with confidence so low at the moment though I suppose. Hopefully this kick starts us now and we can go on a little run and start to climb our way out of this mess. Going to go down to the wire and we the fans will pay a huge part, even though I have been hurt by some goings on this season I'm standing firmly withPL and the boys. UTV

Are those stats correct? We were on top for the majority of the game I thought.
NI Villan
Stats are unbelievable we bossed the first half how the possession was only 45℅ astounds me.
AVbornandbred
BBC Sport seem to have a different stat system to the whole world. Obviously run their stats from space or something? Anyway fantastic win for the lads need to push on now. Some hard games coming up just need to get what results we can from Arsenal and City then push on after!
Greenslade92
Performance was ok, not our worst and not our best but I think we all knew today was all about the result. Was a bit worried the way the second half started but we weathered the storm and scored two at the right time. So glad Weimann's miss didn't cost us! Won't be getting carried away but at least it gives us all a bit of hope and confidence. Just a shame our next two are Arsenal and Man City - just praying they don't turn out to be results like Chelsea and Spurs!
Lion Heart
Stats are gibberish - we had most of the possession in the first half, although what to do with it seemed to be the problem. Average performance but the result was what counts. Can we please have a few more games like that to see us clear of the mire ? UTV

A win is a win ... Next two are difficult so anything from those games I feel will be a bonus. Just wish we'd play more direct football going forward instead of this possession across the pitch stuff, more direct running at opposition defences !!!!
Eddy1
At half time, the BBC had us at 66% possession, so the final stats aren't a million miles away. Poor display but we got the 3 points. I also think if Weimann had scored that early we would of lost as we can't hold onto a lead.

No Bannan = decent performance

Only stat I care about is Villa 2 West Ham 1
