Such disappointment...
CDX_EIRE
Lameberts just been on Sky saying he thought we were excellent. We are apparently in good form at the moment. We'll be fine.
Ams78
Thanks Randy, now beggar off back to the States, will you and let some proper football men run our beloved club that you are suffocating of all life, optimism and proper defenders that you couldn't be bothered to bring in in January!
Windy Villain
Amen to that Windy dude!, Any other time a draw is decent at Goodison, but the games are ticking away 13 games left and we need to win 6 of em oh dear!
clivethevillan
Gutted, but would have been happy with a point before the game. How many times have we said that as little consolation for conceding late! Stick to 4-4-2 and play Baker for Bennett and maybe we will survive - our front 4 are decent.
AVGD
We have eight weeks to get this defence Sorted clearley the coaches are incompetent *****s
jj184
LOL - the guy we should of bought scores for the Geordie Scum today, the guy we bought for £250000 less gives away the free kick for Wig Head's goal in the 90th minute. You couldn't make it up.
PiperUK
I'm afraid this will be the story until the end chaps. We will put in some good performances, will probably win a few games and we will all have hope. But in the end for whatever reasons you want to point out, we are just not good enough to put the required points on the board in the premier league.
bikini inspector
Wouldn't pay Sissokos wages anyway. Our level is more a French 2nd Div player.
Ams78
I was gutted until I read the stats.
OnMeHeadFred
Well another consolation is that Wigan and QPR also only drew, but Reading are pulling away as they won. Looks like this will be the longest ever squeeky bum time in history.
villa_de
Stayed up late and watched it from the colonies. Thought we were pretty good to be honest, that man Benteke - can we hold onto him ? Gutted to drop 3 points though. How precious might they have been ? Onwards. We can do it. UTV

Stats are POOR....Full Stop.
Pride of Lions
Another 2 points *****ed away - i hope this isnt a season of "If Only"
Lost_In_Ca
3 great goals. And a point. But left feeling gutted. Our defenders are so busy jinking about following and looking at the man they are marking it's small wonder they are so unprepared for the ball that comes in.
JimmyG
Plan To Say Up.. We had 20 pts before today. This is what I predicted before today. A lot of blind hope & faith here I know but here goes Everton defeat 20 pts West Ham win 23. Arsenal defeat 23. Man City defeat 23. Reading win 26. QPR win 29. Liverpool win 32. Stoke draw 33. Fulham win. 36. Man Utd defeat 36. Sunderland win 39. Chelsea draw 40. Wigan draw 41. We have 1 more point than I thought we would have so far. So 42 pts if all the rest come off. Take off 4 pts for slip ups and we can do it. Not a lot of slip ups that is the problem. But not beyond all hope. Keep the chart & keep the faith. One point better off so far. Beat West Ham and were off and running & can lose next 2 after that. Winning 3 on the trot after that is asking a lot I know but......
Claret Blood
Amazed we scored 3 but as soon as they got their second I knew they'd level it up. Our defence is totally *****e but we'll be fine........
AVbornandbred
Surprised at how crap Vlaar has been in the air. Come on Dunney get fit. What we would give for Collins now.
PiperUK
Good result but should have been a great result after leading 3-1. We look good going forward with the mighty Benteke (Have to do everything in our power to keep him) but look rubbish at the back. I thought Clark was terrible, to slow on the turn, was always to tight and had to grab the opposition shirt and he was so poor in the air, he's one of my fav youngsters but I think he was rubbish. Can someone point me in the direction of video's on Bennet in the past because I really don't know what PL has seen in him, I'd be starting Clark at LB and Baker CB. Play like we did and tighten up we will beat West Ham, which is more than a must win now. Unlucky lads, much more promise in that performance but yet again poor defending from another set piece let us down.
AdzVilla11
There must be more to the Dunne re-occurring injury. I do not think he will play for Villa again and I wonder whether he will play in the UK again. Just a hunch. As for your predictions Claret Blood, hope to hell you are right. I think this may be a year when even 38 points gets you safe. Villa to end on 37 and with a minus 35 GD though :( Wish I wasn't such a miserable fecker.
