heartbreaking. better second half, hopefully the confidence grow!
Gruck
Gutting we couldn't hold on, but let's get some perspective. It's a miracle that we got something from the game and great that we're scoring again. God knows where those 5 minutes came from...shoulda been more like 3. But hey. For a moment there we were above Newcastle. If they lose Ba, I think they'll get sucked in...
olofthegreat
well, at least some incident and a fight back. bizarre game, they could have been 3 or 4 up but hey, you don't take your chances and that is what happens. Would have taken a draw at the start of play to be fair, that was an important game (obviously) and a loss would have been very damaging.
The Fear
Keep the heads up,we're the hell did they get 5 min injury time
kenner
Shame about the VERY late equaliser, would have taken a draw before the game, so fairly happy, but feels like we lost two !
Pride of Lions
Watched the game on a 'stream' - definitely one point gained rather thatn two lost. We should have been three maybe 4 down before we equalised. That first half performance was an absolute horror show. It is blindingly, 100%, in yer face obvious we are perilously close to relegation this season - experience please!

Huge result but gutted could not hold out. Now at least got two cup games to take further stock and then a totally irrelevant low key game against Soton. Plain sailing really, I wish, I hope, I pray .....
stennyvilla
Great point and great battling.......eventually, but before anyone says it, this definitely AIN'T the turning point in our season
griffgriff
Aston "heartbreakers" Villa. - well done to boys
Lost_In_Ca
The game is all about confindence and man management. Routledge, Williams, Graham, Britton - are they really better than our lads. Course not. They've just been motivated well. Our luck will turn surely.
PiperUK
Williams is better than Herd, Graham aint great, Id have Routledge over Albrighton dont rate him anymore and Britton is better than any of our CMs...
CDX_EIRE
Did Routledge even start a game for us?
PiperUK
Probably not? or very little at least... I will give you motivation and man management are key factors to his success and also you could say this style of play suits him but to be fair to him he has developed into a decent player... As fans we think our players are better than they are but the last few years for me at least have shown how poor some are... I think a few will make it and be fine players but at the minute so many are out of their depth and the potential some had went when ECK took over... Like Albrighton looked a great prospect but ECK knocked his confidence and he lost three great wingers he could have learned from inside 12 months...
CDX_EIRE
Happy just to stay in the league this season,Albrighton is shocking
kenner
so ***** at the back 2-2 masked would should have been 5 first half
cb_82
genuinely believe that albrighton is the worst player in the league, he's like a league 1 player, wouldn't even want him in the championship
avfcwills10
Albrighton is better than Bent at everything except goal hanging gents.
Villan444
At least Bent sells shirts V444
CDX_EIRE
I said before the game it would be 1-1 and I'd take a draw, end of the day we battled hard and earnt a solid point but we were still absolutely crap once more. SIGNINGS NOW PLEASE!!
AdzVilla11
Holy Benteke Weimann!!!
koolbill
glad we got some luck after the 15-0 thumping over the past 3. the 'kids' lack organisation and a cool head, and this is where we need reinforcing. we were all over the shop the first 35 mins and it nearly killed us.
