Great all round team performance. Collins just gets better and that must have been one of Sidwell's better games too. Gabby is also looking more of a complete player and Warnock looked more at home. Excellent stuff - thank you lads, that's two of the top four beaten so far and Downing yet to play.

Fantastic .. After the Friedel stuff up i thought here we go again but he made up for it for the rest of the game . I agree Collins keeps getting better and the partnership with Dunne hopefully will be a long and memorable one . It was another of those games where the dog kept hiding behind the couch

I have to admit that when MON brought in collins i thought it was a panic buy, but i am happy to admit that i was wrong, Collins is looking like our best player at the moment, he was superb today, absolutely loved it today, great crowd, holte was in escellent voice, nice and loud, and the lads responded to that to come back from a rare friedel mistake to win it against probably the best team in the premiership ! UTV.

That was a sensational win because both teams played well and we can't say that they dominated. How did they have 23 shots?Petrov, Collins, Sidwell, Warnock, Agbonlahor, Milner were all brilliant, Friedel was unlucky but then sensational and this bunch of players have the belief and ability to have a right good go at top 4 this season. If someone told me before the season started that we would beat Chelsea at home and Liverpool away in our first 8 games i'd have laughed at them. Now...... we are a match for anyone, even Arsenal who on their day are the best of the lot. We can win the league, you know.

Agree with all the coments here, it was another outstanding effort like the arsenal game last boxing day and citeh last week, a collectiveness, not seen at the park for many a year. As also said here we need ash and carew back to form and we are going to be just fine come May. But please can we have Luke Young back and NOW, because Cuellar is not up to speed for me. Other wise a great day.

lets not get ahead of ourselves here. This and the result against liverpool are FANTASTIC and this shows our quality. But they are comming after games we lost but should have won. This means that if i were to look at the fixtures then i would predict this amount of points from our first 8 games. If we start to beat the blackburns and wigan more concistently and trouble the big boys then we can really think big. Not to dampern this result as it is fantastic. Dunn n collins, genius signings
