Two goals from Alfie Potter eh? He sounds like the type of player who used to line up against, and cause all sorts of problems to, the mighty Melchester Rovers, back in the days when I were just a mere lad, eagerly reading the Roy of the Rovers stories. We need another striker, well we need a striker end of, so wonder if Alfie caught Mart's eye enough for us to lodge a bid for his services? Good to see young Adam McGurk get another ninety minute outing as he continues on the comeback trail. His rehabilitation and return to the form and promise of two years ago wont happen overnight, but hopefully as the season progresses, he'll start putting himself back in the picture with regards to possibly linking up with the first team squad. Good Luck to him.
