I`ll tell you what 9/10 times i have seen sidwell play for reading or villa he has either threatened to,Createdfor someone else or has scored himself.He has to be given a chance to replace barry.

Wasn't a good game. Not many postitives at all. At points we didnt know what to do with the ball. Defence was shocking for 1st goal.
I agree Little John Carew, absolutely shocking performance from Harewood.

Sidwell is buzzing, really looking the part, he and young Marc Albrighton were our two shining lights. Also thought that Nicky Shorey did o.k., while Andreas Weimann looked very lively when he was introduced into the action. Highlight of the night for yours truly, the appearance of Adam McGurk as a second half substitute. Great to see him back - the boy can play, as I've been telling you on the forum for three years plus. Mention to for young Barry Bannan. He did his growing reputation no harm at all.

Overall, I'm quite happy with the result. Think the U's did really well first half, but when we started making lots of subs we struggled. Liked the look of the young Albrighton. Up the U's!
