makes it look an even game, and i guess it was both had a half each...

Nothing to split the sides, so a point each was maybe justice.

it was on 5 o'clock in the morn here and i had an exam today. so glad i didnt wake up to watch it, anything but a win is not worth getin up for anymore

AussieVilla: You would have had nightmares if you'd watched the first half mate.

greetings from Australia as well. man it is hard to deal with this, again villa too close to peril. i think we're going to be safe, the run in looks okay, the points (7 would do fine) are there for the taking. so why not play maloney and berger, and luke moore could be a fresh approach. i'm a fan of MON but there seems to be some static in his 11 right now. peace.

very poor first half, and a good desperate second half! all we need now is a gd first half nd a even better second half bring on blackburn and wigan! 6 easy points(thinking)

Gabby did nothing all night, apart from net probably the most important goal of our season to date. Dread to think what another loss would have done to already fragile morale.

Was it a coincidence that we started to play well without mcCant? Berger has to start and I really do wonder about the wisdom of buying the invisible man that is Petrov.

One of the enemy who impressed me, and who certainly kept us on our toes, was their striker James Vaughan. A fellow Brummie too I understand. Wonder how we missed him?
