EXCELLENT RESULT - AND WE HAD A GOOD GAME - PLAYED WELL - excuse caps - im a little emotional :D
xfranc
Maybe the club should release this as a DVD :0P
Villan Of The North
Great game. We played really well in the 2nd half. Milner was my Man of the Match...thought we'd nicked it when he ran into the box and crossed into 6 yard box! UTV
olafthegreat
Great game! We were fighting to the end.
Poncho
Hey, 4 points out of a possible 6 in the last 2 weeks - who wouldn't have taken that? Great result - GET IN!......up the Villa!
claretandbluestu
A great fighting display and well deserved having something to show for a game against Man Utd for once. Stating the obvious, which I am sure MON will emphasise next week - it is all rather pointless, if we fight so hard to take 4 points off the Arse and Man Utd, if we lose to Fulham, as per Newc and Boro. Let's have a game at Villa Park when we cruise to a 3 0 win because we put the same 110% Ron Saunders type effort in for the likes of Fulham too. Hope Carew gets a start next week to help add potency up front (not criticising him being left out today though - how can I - we got a point, we might have got 3).

Great match. Not too many chances for either side, but we really deserved our point. Ronaldo best in the world? Not on that display. LOL
DoLpHiNaToR
hoodoo broken, we looked like we believed we could compete. Should have been a penalty and Vidic (as MON said) should have been shown a red card. Ref bottled it. Still, decent result and 4th place, super!
The Fear
GET IN!! Very happy. Great performance. Matched them IMO all over the pitch. Stats back that up too. Move over Arsenal. The Villa are moving up in the world. Now lets bury Fulham.
Adam Deuce
well done lads and thanks from VC!
merlin
good result but im fuming at so of the manure players. Ronaldo and evra hurling themselves to ground, yet no bookings for diving, vidic definate red card whether pen or not (isnt it crap how honest players who stay on thier feet now never get decisions), and conveniant recoveries for club from rooney and ferdinand. i bloody hate manure
NorthcliffeBandit
also davies booking was a joke - blatant referee favoritism toward the 'top 4' team, what a suprise. when do we start to get that treatment from officials?
NorthcliffeBandit
honest to god, ronaldo is the greatest player in the world, but does anyone in the world actually like him? what a ****. loads of young kids will think its good to cheat. the guy literally has no sense of shame with regards to cheating. please blatter, bring in video tech and suspend/ban cheats NOW
ric112
Manure were sickening. Ronaldo should not be allowed to waste time and spoil games like this when he can't get his own way just because he couldn't get the better of our defence. What a girl. The ref looked awe struck and was surely going for his autograph afterwards.
Villan444
Could have won it, could just as easily have lost it, so a draw was arguably a fair result. We didn't roll over, kept a clean sheet, and showed many encouraging traits upon which to further build.
glensider
Arguably James Milner's best game in the shirt since returning to B6. He came so close to setting up that last gasp opportunity which would on another day have seen JC or Gabby force the ball home.
