Well done QPR. And well done our reserves, proving once again why they can't get in the first team. Oh crap most of them were our first team. It's a ploy I tell ya, we can now concentrate on the league, UEFA and the other Cup now. It's all part of a grand masterplan. Either that or Ozzie is our kiss of death.

Great Article.. Oh crap most of them were our first team LMAO
Blitz
Typical. I knew I should of bet against us.
UpTheHolte
it would appear we were all over em, but failed to score...
NorthcliffeBandit
We've got plenty on our plate already so who cares?
gwyllum18
Thank god we're out of the Mickey Mouse Cup...now we can concentrate on UEFA, the FA, and a top 4 finish!
pongogidman
Still a shockin loss,
Blitz
That's what happens when you make some many changes, im sorry but MON didnt show QPR much respect putting out 6 fringe players, i say we got what we deserved, bright side... we have less games so less chance of injuries and we have 6 of our first team players charged up for the Sunderland game.
Villa 4 Ever
Sunderland is gonna be very tricky game, were either gonna batter them or draw
Blitz
I'm not bothered about losing tonight, to be honest, but I AM bothered that our back-up players weren't up to the standard that we need from them.

Should have won but i don`t really care that much that we are out especially as we have the uefa cup to go for now,Spurs won the carling cup last year but no one cares,Simply a chance for a day out at wembley winning the carling cup itself holds no clout at all.We will be back to our normal selves in the league,I don`t read anything into this at all,we got our latest blip out of our systems in an all but meaningless competiton.
lerneravfc
going by the reports on SSN it just wasn't our night.
Pking
I think we shouldn't read too much into this defeat against a well organised QPR side. Congrats to them. It's not nice to be out of this competition, as it's a proper route to Europe, but I guess we'll have our fair share of games this season and tonight's result means bad news for our fringe players mostly...it might be fortunate for the club, though, as they didn't really show they were up to it tonight. I bet that if Marlon had buried it early on, it would not have been the same game, though...

romanianvillain.. uno what, best comment iv seen all day =] are back up players cant paform =[
Blitz
Seems I'm in the minority here. We're now such a major force in the game we can lose at home to a lower league team, get knocked out of a cup competition, lose out on a fairly decent opportunity to lift a trophy this season, and just dismiss the result/performance as unimportant/ just one of those things?
glensider
This 'Mickey Mouse Cup' that pongogidman talks about is a trophy to be won, and offers guaranteed entry into competitive european club football next season. Doesn't sound too much like a 'Mickey Mouse Cup' to me? Oh well, you live and learn. Probably explains why only 18,000 Villans could be arsed to turn up. I'm obviously behind the times.
glensider
I love all these comments i`m reading " don`t mind going out tonight etc " what a disgrace and presumably most of them are by lazy b@stards who couldn`t be @rsed to go.
ASPINALL
Happy to go out of a Cup competition to a lower league team? Now there you have it, the true football supporters amongst us. As long as we finish in the top 6 (or 4 as some believe) and have a good run in the Uefa and FA Cups you'll be happy? Whatever happened to wanting to win a trophy? If we have a lot of games to play then so be it, we have a squad big enough to cope...
