Good side Pompey two great goals, we lacked in midfield due to Pompeys 5 in there, and they counter attacked brilliantly. Could of been a different game if Laursen had scored, but not meant to be....

They did to us what we did to Blackburn. Defended stoutly, played on the break, enjoyed that little bit of luck, took their opportunities, and fully deserved their victory.

Very good side pompey, thought it might have been a draw, but great strikes which Carson couldn't do much about.

Still mystified by the substitution of Wilf, I honestly thought he was having a good game. Not surprised he shot down the tunnel with his arsee in his hand.

Think it might have had something to do with the fact that he was reportedly unwell col8, although that was something I learned after the game. Otherwise agree, it was a strange decision.

Barry wasn't happy with the Bouma substitution either. I don't think he likes playing full back. I presumed he'd taken Bouma off to play 3 at the back and match the 5 man midfield but Barry simply replaced Bouma initially which was strange to me. NRC wasn't going to play the incisive pass so where was it going to come from then. Didn't help that PB didn't play as well as he can ...
