3pts. Job done.

Great win its just ashame Carew keeps wasting his chances
Christo
carew will come good - petrov was terrible
Eaton_thevillafan
Think today showed we need Defoe. With the chances we had, he'd have scored a hattrick today
The Fear
nicked it at the death then!
merlin
Merlin, we were teasing. Like a cat with an injured mouse. Bring on Chelski.

Another good thing - we're still above the Blues - not that I ever doubted we would be!
Miss_Aston
After that I decided that we cant last on that squad w need new ppl and if we sign no one before september am gonna scream
Christo
Wasnt able to watch the game, but seeing as though we got an OG and then stole it in injury time, maybe we got lucky? Happy either way, very happy. Now on to the last week of signings, if any.
AussieVilla
A game that we should have won convincingly, we could so easily have lost, due to our old failing of not having a quality finisher who can put the chances away. Fulham were denied a clear shout for a penalty, they hit the post, and Carson made that save at the death. Apart from that we ran them ragged, but simply couldn't finish. Until that problem is rectified, we're going nowhere.

Who keeps voting for Petrov in the man of the match poll. Its driving me mad. Please own up. Did you not see Young.
return of godzvilla
Didn't see the game, as am overseas - can anybody tell me did Davis and Hughes get a decent reception from fans at VP?
YatesyVillain
YatesyVillain, Hughes didnt play and the crowd applauded Davis and he clapped back. So yes he got a very good reception

Got a very strong feeling that the boo-boys will shortly be turning their attention from Stiliyan Petrov to John Carew though Eaton_thevillafan. You can see it brewing.
