Got to do a lot better that that showing today if we are going to even entertain thoughts of Europe, to be honest I thought we were very average.

This sound like my report cards from school (do they still have report cards now?) "Ian is a bright boy and has potential but must concentrate harder and could do alot better." I wonder if MON got the same comments on his report cards. :-p

I think we really let ourselves down today,and we need to improve hugely.the back 5 were good though and Gardner worked his back off.

Four yellow cards too. Our below strenth squad will be stretched even more as the card count builds and suspensions take effect. Great to be back. Now lets load the car up, and head to Tyneside. We never learn do we?

We had six attempts at goal that were actually on target? Off hand I cant recall Reina having to make a save worthy of the name - and there-in lies one of our major failings. It was with us last season, and unless we bring in a quality striker, it will remain with us this.

What happened to the slick passing game which we played vs Inter? Why revert back to the lump it up to Carew tactics? Starting to have my doubts over Big John already.
