our first away win this season, their first home loss. Funny old game! If you've not seen it, take a look at the cross by Osbourne to Sutton, that is a class bit of football.
The Fear
Dissapointed. Should have won by more!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gazvilla
Only joking. Yessssssssssssssssssssssss. Come on me babbies!!!!!!!

With the injuries we've had, the thumping by Chelski, the last prem away day against Liverpool. There's no two ways about it, this was an absolutely brilliant, tremendous result. 3rd in the league and you wanna here Sky sports talking about them. Can't believe it! MON for president of the world.
Gazvilla
Who would have thought it. 12 games into the season, 3rd, and Chelski have lost twice as many games as us.

Barcelona,Munich,Milan, How do you tell the missus that Magalufs off next year. UTV.
silkie villain
yr right gazvilla, biggest result of the year - timing, place, injuries - shows we have got heart, and that warms mine.
leftfoot
Excellent win.
Cravens
Bit difference to last March when we were virtually laughed out of Goodison. Certainly made for a more enjoyable drive back to beautiful Brum. Was very impressed with each and everyone of the lads, particularly though young Isiah and big Chris. The former played as though he'd willingly put his life on the line for the lads, while the latter once again proved that he is the missing link up front.

a brilliant win and the best way to bounce back and dust off any issues following the chelsea game..well done....

what a game, made the trip worthwhile, even with the everton stewards telling me they didnt have any tickets for away fans, bulls**ting tw*t, good job I didn't take no for an answer, still cost me the first ten mins of play though, good battle, the lads on the pitch made me proud, but more than that, we were all in fine voice, all you could hear were the Villa Faithfull raising the roof, you could see it spuring the players on, excellent result, and MON's reaction at the final whistle shows he obviouly loves us as much as we love him, UTV

Everton will be there or thereabouts come seasons end when the UEFA Cup places are handed out, and hopefully we'll be competing along side them. They missed Cahill when he went off, but even so, a deserved three points.
