Vital Villa Interviews 2012: Junesingh

Vital Villa Interviews 2012: Junesingh
Junesingh is next for the Vital Villa interview.

1) When did you become a Villa fan and why?

My Grandad was a Villa Supporter. So everyone in my family follow the Villa. Became a actual Villa when I was about 5 years old when I got my first claret and blue shirt.

2) Paul Lambert? Your opinion please?

Very excited with this appointment. He will for sure bring back excitement to Villa Park. The grey cloud over Villa Park is no more!!!

3) Best and worst moments of last season?

Best moment of last season has to be beating Chelsea, this came out of no where, lucky for us we did win it.

Worst moment for me was seeing Ashley Young and Stewart Downing being sold. Also Stan being taken ill.

4) Your opinion of Randy Lerner and the board, can a decent season next season make up for last season?

Never had anything against Randy or the board. At the end of the day everyone make mistakes and you learn from them. Without Randy Aston Villa would not be able to compete in the Premiership in this climate.

5) Which player/s should Villa sign this summer?

I'd like to see Adam Johnson join. Also Ben Foster looks a good prospect. Also need a creative midfielder. I think I'll leave it to Paul.

6) Which player/s should Villa get rid of this summer?

Hutton, no point explaining why as everyone knows. And I'm afraid to say Richard Dunne because he's past in my opinion, too slow!!!

7) Favourite current player?

I'm a big fan of Shay Given and Ciaran Clark.

8) Favourite all time player/s?

Martin Laursen

9) What do you expect us to do/finish this season assuming a decent transfer window with 25m or so spent?

Premier 7-10th
FA Cup: Quarter Final
Carling: Semi Final

10) You can ask yourself any question you want to about Villa and what is your answer?

Will Villa ever win a cup in the next 5 years? Of course they will

11) Just to change the theme slightly, a snap shot of you outside of football, answer or ignore at your leisure:
(based on our WHO ARE YOU thread!!!)

a) Which celebrity/s would you most like to meet and why? Tom Hanks because he's a Villa fan. :0)

b) Age 23

c) Location: Hall Green, Birmingham

d) Favourite alcoholic drink: Budweiser

e) Favourite non-alcoholic drink: Pepsi

f) Favourite Film/s: National Treasure

g) Favourite TV Show/s: Supernatural

h) Music?: R&B

i) Best ever moment in your life: Marrying my lady!

j) Ambitions: To become a multi-millionaire

k) Wise words: CARPE DIEM (Seize the day)

Junesingh welcome, how did you come by the name? Good interview too, I never made Stan my worst moment of the season because although it was terrible news football stood shoulder to shoulder to show support for our skipper.
