Revd Pete is next for the Vital Villa interview.

1) When did you become a Villa fan and why?

Aged 8, my uncle took me to see a game, and I was hooked. I missed the Andy Gray goal and wasn't allowed to stay up and see it on match of the day.

2) Paul Lambert? Your opinion please?

Superb appointment. Next season will be that dreaded 'transition' but think we have the right man to get behind, and think we may even surprise ourselves. Over to the players now.

3) Best and worst moments of last season?

Best... Er... Fear lay on the floor and embarrassed my daughter Liv. Oh, and Alex McLeish sent me a signed shirt for doing a carol service for a local cricket club... (dons tin hat and ducks)
Worst... Ugh, where do you start. Ugly season from start to finish. But really the worst of the worst was when my mate J was too ill to make a match. Gutted for him.

4) Your opinion of Randy Lerner and the board, can a decent season next season make up for last season?

I like what they have done, apart from last season, we are SO well set up now with all the infrastructure in place. Can a decent season make up for last. Absolutely.

5) Which player/s should Villa sign this summer?

We need a new spine with Gab or Darren leading the line. Personally I'd keep Darren as the man to build the team around. Poulsen looks a decent shout. Apart from that... Would love Kalou, then Kuszczak as a back up, Saha worth a shout all on frees?

6) Which player/s should Villa get rid of this summer?

Collins, Hutton for a start. Warnock probably. Dunne is a little slow. This may surprise some but Bannan, and Delfouneso.

7) Favourite current player?

Andreas Weiman. Very wholehearted give it your all player.

8) Favourite all time player/s?

Cowans, Shaw, Mortimer, Spink.

9) What do you expect us to do/finish this season assuming a decent transfer window with £25m or so spent?

Premier: 6-8th
FA Cup: Quarters
Carling: Quarters

10) You can ask yourself any question you want to about Villa and what is your answer?

c) Location: Barnt Green, but I'd prefer to be in Pembrokeshire.

d) Favourite alcoholic drink: Bishops Tipple

e) Favourite non-alcoholic drink: Orange and Mango

f) Favourite Film/s: Blues Brothers

g) Favourite TV Show/s: Er, was House, but now probably Robson Green's extreme fishing, oh yeh that finished, so Freddie goes wild. I don't get to watch much.

h) Music?: Yes grade 8 on the violin

i) Best ever moment in your life: Cathryn {wife} saying yes to getting married, and then the birth of my two girls, but Liv {daughter} getting her County vest and running in the Nationals comes close, she's 11, insane that she can run that fast... insane

j) Ambitions: To be the best I can.
