1) When did you become a Villa fan and why?

February 1992. I used to hate football but my Dad`s friend was head of security at Villa Park and got us director`s box tickets (ooooohhhhh!!!) to the match against Wimbledon. From the moment I walked into the ground I knew I was hooked. I remember everything. Dwight Yorke scored the only goal of the game. At half-time my mum met Ron Atkinson`s dad and called him 'Mr Wilkinson`. Sitting in front of me was Mick Hucknell. I remember that his dreadlocks stank a bit! Never got back in the box again mind…I always went in the Holte after that.

2) Alex McLeish? Your opinion please?

Now that the shock has worn off I`m kind of ok with it. I`m still baffled as to the decision but I`ll back him 100%. To be fair, I`ve always thought he was decent enough chap. He never resorted to the levels that Mr Potatohead did post derby matches (not that he had much to brag about). However, he`ll sort our defence out and will add some much-needed discipline and hopefully stability to the team. He can get off to flyer with some decent signings, and he seems to be capable of that - anyone that can attract the likes of Hleb to play for that shower down the road deserves a medal.

3) Best and worst moments of last season?

West Ham away was by far the highlight for me in a season to be ashamed of really. Worst moment for me was Wolves at home - I don`t get to many home games as I live down in London, so when do make it the last thing I want to see is that kind of gutless crap.

4) Your opinion of Randy Lerner?

Until this summer the bloke walked on water as far as I was concerned. I`ve admired his dignified approach in running the club. However this appointment has made me, like many others, question him. It could backfire on him bigstyle and the fact that neither he nor Faulkner came out with McCleish was pretty shambolic in my opinion.

5) Which player/s should Villa sign this summer?

Ben Foster, N`Zogbia, Adam, Der Hammer and Rodallega from the relegated clubs. But we need to look further afield for sure…I`d love to have seen us sign Falcao from River a couple of years ago when he was available cheap. Actually lets raid the freshly relegated River for Villalba. Emmanuel Riviere from St Etienne looks a decent prospect up front. Wjnaldum from Feyenoord on the wing? Let`s be a bit more adventurous…get Gerard involved from his sofa!




6) Stewart Downing, if he really wants out, should Villa refuse to let him go or get shot?

100% get shot. He`s pathetic. One minute saying he`ll play for us if we`re relegated, the next saying he wants Champion`s League. After everything we`ve done for him. Another agent`s puppet. You`re not even that good Stewey. Do one son. You`re completely replaceable. And now 100% boo-able.

7) Favourite current player?

Albrighton and Gabby.

8) Favourite all time player/s?

The one and only Olof the Great.

9) What do you expect us to do/finish this season?
Premier: 7th
FA Cup: Semi
Carling: Winners

My rationale? When we expect Villa to do well, they always do the opposite, so hopefully that works vice-versa.

10) You can ask yourself any question you want to about Villa and what is your answer?

Will you ever take the plunge and get a season ticket from London? Hopefully, yes.

11) Right, lets lower the tone... which celebrity would you most like to bang and which (male I would think) celeb would you most like to thump!?!
