Vital Villa Summer Interview: Kasad Ali

Vital Villa Summer Interview: Kasad Ali

Kasad Ali steps up for the Vital Villa members interviews.

Q: When did you become a Villa fan and why?

I became a Villa fan in 2003 after working as a steward at the club from 2002

Q: The season just gone, good bad or ugly? What did you think of it?

Good season - top 6 finish, two Wembley visits, can't complain!

Q: Best and worst moment of last season?

Best moment: victory away at Old Trafford after 26 years definitely, alongside victory at Anfield definitely.

Also like to add on beating the scum 6 times on the trot and getting captured with few pictures on national newspapers, including The Sun and Birmingham Mail. See pics below:

He wore it and this seasons away derby against small heath, and gabby scored 85th min. this time.. 2 mins early!

These pics came in The Sun, Birmingham Mail etc

Worst moment (s), the two decisions going against us at Wembley.

Q: James Milner... is he off do you think? If so, what price (realistically) should Villa hold out for? If off to Man City, which - if any - of their players would you want in exchange?

I think he will be off, especially with the comments recently made by Warnock and Dunne that it will be difficult to keep hold of Jimmy. If we do decide to sell, we should hold out for £30m in cash deal, if player exchange from Man City. Stephen Ireland is the man, this guy is class and would love to see him at VP!

Q: What signings (type of player or specific name/s if you wish) would you like to see Villa buy this summer?

Stephen Ireland, Kevin Doyle, Figuero, Bentley would be good addition

Q: Where do you stand on Martin O'Neill (I don't mean literally, that would be assault) ?

I think his an excellent manager but his dealings overall in the transfer market has been dreadful. Great personality and sense of humour though!

Q: Your opinion of Randy and the board?

Excellent, we have the 'best` American owner in the premiership!

Q: Favourite current player and favourite all time player/s

Milner current favourite and Gareth Barry all time favourite.

Q: Do you expect progress next season, difficult to answer before the transfer window closes I know?

I think villa will struggle to finish any higher than 6th next season, it is becoming even more difficult. This was the season to captilise with liverpool struggling to find their form under Rafa.

Q: Right, lets lower the tone... which celebrity would you most like to bang and which (male I would think) celeb would you most like to thump!?!

Bang… erm Kelly Brook and thump Mourinho, can`t stand the guy!!
