Vital Villan Mid Season Interview: Mattyslost

Vital Villan Mid Season Interview: Mattyslost
Mattyslost takes the mid season interview:

1) 1) When did you become a Villa fan and why?

Followed in the family footsteps Aston Villa was part of my childhood from birth.

2) What do you think of this season, do we have the chance to push on or will we slip up like last season?

What can I say WEMBLEY! Beats all seasons so far under MON. I think we will be top 6 somewhere.

3) Best moment/s of this season so far?

Beating the Blues and seeing the Villa win at Old Trafford for the 1st time in my life. Robbie Savage getting hit in the face by Stan’s clearance.

4) Worst moment/moments of this season so far?

Losing

5) Do you expect any arrivals this January (bearing in mind MON has indicated not) and IF you could bring in a player or two, who (realistically) would you go for?

Darren Bent!!!!!!!!! Wanted him in the summer!

6) If we made the Carling Cup final, who would you most like to face Manchester United or Manchester City?

Man City, they have an awful defense and it will make for a good end to end final.

7) What do you expect us to do/finish this season?

Premier League: 4th-6th
FA Cup: Winners
Carling Cup: Winners

8) Your opinion on Martin O'Neill now he is mid way through his 4th season in charge?

Needs to rest players and stop playing Heskey. I’m sorry but this guy just isn’t good enough….saying that though if he plays like he did in the last 20 mins of last night’s game then I could change my mind.

9) Your opinion on Randy Lerner and his board?

Couldn’t do anymore apart from up the wage bill so we could get a proper star player.

10) Favorite current player?

Jimmy Milner- the guy is a work horse!! Runs, tackles, shoots, scores! Works for the full 90 mins.

11) Favorite former player/s?

Martin Laursen and Olly Mellberg – No nonsense defenders

12) Right, lets lower the tone... which celebrity would you most like to bang and which (male I would think) celeb would you most like to thump!?!

Bang would have to be Megan Fox she is finer than a motherfooker.

To punch can I have a couple? Pete Doherty, All the Geldof’s, Amy Winehouse

With thanks to Mattyslost

Good point about Heskey...as soon as he scored the other night he looked like a completely different player. Hopefully one that will perform like that on a regular basis
