Vital Villan Mid Season Interview: Meakers

Vital Villan Mid Season Interview: Meakers

1) When did you become a Villa fan and why?

I was starting to get into football and i liked the villa shirt which my mates had one, and Villa had just won a game 4-0 against baggies i think

2) What do you think of this season, do we have the chance to push on or will we slip up like last season?

I think its been a good season so far, but we will slip up. Strikeforce is weak and the manager lacks bottle and creativity to change things around

3) Best moment/s of this season so far?

Beating Manchester United and Chelsea

4) Worst moment/moments of this season so far?

I would have to say opening game agianst Wigan, everything was just poor that day fans right down to the manager and his staff

5) Do you expect any arrivals this January (bearing in mind MON has indicated not) and IF you could bring in a player or two, who (realistically) would you go for?

Yes, I think we will sign one player on loan ideally a striker. Put it this way MON has said he needs to sell, so if a player goes this month then it shows he intends to try and sign a player this month, so the last week should be fun.

6) Which player/s should Villa sign this summer? And do you think Villa will spend enough this summer to progress?

Luis Suarez from Ajax looking at 15mill though and Oscar Cardozo (You Never heard of them... well go and look them up guys), Rafa Van Der Vaart, Crouch, De jong

7) If we made the Carling Cup final, who would you most like to face Manchester United or Manchester City?

Ouch this is a tough one, depending on what side united put out comes into my thinking. Man city have showed that they are still weak . On our day we can beat both wbut it would be great to beat united in a final

8) What do you expect us to do/finish this season?

Premier League:7th
FA Cup: Quarter finals
Carling Cup: Winner

9) Your opinion on Martin O'Neill now he is mid way through his 4th season in charge?

Overrated springs too mind, Good but not good enough. To stubbon, lacks creativity and average in the market. Spins the media well when having a go at the fans, He is good though and players seem to think highly of him, he signs half decent midfielders and gets something from most of them eventually but could a better manager get more from Ash young and co ... I beleive so

10) Your opinion on Randy Lerner and his board?

He is doing a brilliant job along with General Krulak and co, but like most chairman lacks the billions and billions to throw into it, which is worrying but is doing a great job upto now. Would he ever sack Oneil?

11) Favourite current player?

Richard Dunne, James Milner And Stephan Warnock

12) Favourite former player/s?

Gareth Barry, Dwight Yorke and Dion Dublin

13) Right, lets lower the tone... which celebrity would you most like to bang and which (male I would think) celeb would you most like to thump!?!

Hayley Williams from Paramore ( red hair girl in my proffile pic)
Hmmm so many I would love to thump ill go for George Bush due to the Iraq War

With thanks to meakers
