Vital Villan Interviews: Still_Ian

Vital Villan Interviews: Still_Ian
Still_Ian steps up to the Vital Villan interview!

1) When did you become a Villa fan and why?

From Birth, My old man was born and raised around Villa Park. To be honest though he never forced supporting Villa onto be but for as long as I can remember it’s always been Villa

2) Best moment/moments as a Villa fan?

1982 – May have been too young but the history books will show us as European cup winners until the end of time.

3) Worst moment/moments as a Villa fan?

Recent memories must be the 2nd coming of Taylor and the players we were signing. These were dark dark days and to be fair to DOL he pulled us out of a relegation fight. I think we would have gone down that season if Taylor had of stayed

4) Best and worst away ground visited?

Best - WBA's Hawthorns as it is closest!
Worst - Wigans old ground - Shocking

5) What did you think of last season? Good, bad or indifferent and do you think we progressed?

Head says brilliant, Best season for 13 and we had many players called up for England.

Heart says – Terrible – Threw away the Uefa Cup campaign and 4th place

6) Which player/s should Villa sign this summer? And do you think Villa will spend enough this summer to progress?

Hangerland, Owen (Worth a gamble) Thierry Henry (It’s the heat)

7) What do you expect next season?

Premier League: 8th
FA Cup: 6th Round
Europa League: We will play in it – I have lost the plot with the format
Carling Cup: Winners

8) Your opinion on Martin O'Neill now he is approaching his 4th season in charge?

Best that we can get – If some of the players he had signed had lived up to expectations we would have done a lot better.

9) Your opinion on Randy Lerner and his board?

Not a foot wrong imo

10) Favourite current player?

Ashley Young

11) Favourite former player/s?

Tony Daley, David Platt, Paul Mcgrath, Deano, Atkinson, Yorke, Taylor

12) Gareth Barry, will he stay or go and do you care?

Unless Liverpool come in for him he should stay, If he goes to Man City we will know he is only after ££

13) Right, lets lower the tone... which celebrity would you most like to bang?!

Pamela Anderson

With thanks to Still_Ian
