Three Years On & No Better Off

By BFR JNR

Rant Starts

This May it will be three years since 'GTMK2' resigned and DOL came in, but are we any better off?

A lot of players have come in and out but I don't think anything has changed:

We still play with a pacey striker up front, swap Vassell and bring in Baros, but both are lazy and frustrating at times and we still use the long ball to often, I have lost count of the times I have shouted get the ball on the deck Villa

Our points total is still a worry and we are not playing fast flowing football like DOL says, And we are to close to the dreaded relegation zone for comfort

And we are relying on loans (Bakke and Milner) and players like Berger who are just looking for their last pay day to challenge for Europe

What can be done?

Change the Manager (again) or the man at the top who clings to power even though he is unwell and maybe some would say unfit for office.

But just think in that season 2002/2003 our last home game was against a already relegated Sunderland who we beat 1-0 (Allback) and who is our last home game of the season against this year, oh yes Sunderland.....

This season has been a write off, poor league form and a shocking Carling Cup exit.

I hope I am wrong but unless we do well in the FA Cup we are all going to be very nervous before now and May 7th!!
