The campaign for Vindaloo Carew

The campaign for Vindaloo Carew
Following on from a previous article when this was suggested I want to bring to the attention of those who may have missed it the first time around, the John Carew song sung to the tune of the vindaloo song think its fab and much better then the one we are currently using Carew Carew carews on fire

The basic words are

John Carew John Carew John Carew, John Carew nah nah John Carew John Carew John Carew, John Carew nah nah John Carew, John Carew and we all love John Carew He's gonna score a goal past you!!!! VILLA!

Can we try and publicise this and make this the new song for our 1st real cult star in many a year , think it really could add to the atmosphere and catch on

What do others think?

I have one burning question - will Maloney start tomorrow? Also I think it maybe work giving Berger a punt from the start.

i8doug - love the username - chant ain't bad either. A couple of weeks ago someone posted a chant which went: "He's claret and blue, his name is John Carew, John Carew, John Carew" which I thought was quite good as well. However, the Vindaloo John Carew chant is quite unique.... don't be shy Usual Suspect, Just do it! (akin Nike!)..... Taxi for Bazzah......
