1 - How long have you been a Villa fan and how did you first get the Claret & Blue faith?

Since 1967

2 - What was your first game?

Villa v Leicester City - My brother took me down to see Gordon Banks play

3 - What is your most memorable moment as a Villa fan?

Winning the League Cup semi-final when we were in the old 3rd division

4 - And the worst moment?

Losing the final against Spurs in the same season

5 - Who are your favourite current Villa players?
All of them

6 - Which former player/s are your ultimate heroes?

Peter Withe

7 - Which player do you think was the worst to ever put on the team colours?

8 - What is the best goal you have seen Villa score and which is your favourite game?

Lionel Martin against Carlisle when he 'crossed' from the right wing and some how managed to go into the goal. We won 1-0. when Villa beat Torquay 5-1 to 'leave' the old 3rd division. It was the same match that Brian little scored his first Villa goal

9 - Best away ground visited?

Nou Camp!

10 - Who would you like to see Villa sign this summer?
Anybody who can score twenty goals +

11 - What are your predictions for us this season in the:

7th
b) Europe 1st round
c) Carling Cup Semi final
d) Fa Cup 3rd round defeat by Manchester United

12 - What is your opinion of Martin O'Neill?

Brilliant guy and genuine.
13 - What is your opinion of Randy Lerner and the new board?

Anything was better than Ellis!

14 - Where do you sit at Villa and are you a season ticket holder?

Witton Lane (not the Doug Ellis Stand)

Classic Brian Little goal it was too, Swivel and shot at the near post down the Witton end if my memory is correct? I was only 15 and I haven't got Glensiders photographic memorythough!

Well you beat me on that one '57. I remember the game, the score, the celebrations, but I couldn't have told you owt about Mr Magic's initial first team goal. Normally such occasions stick in my mind, but not that effort.

Glensider, do you remember which game it was we turned out in Yellow shirts and blue shorts at home and the Holte booed us until they realised it was Villa? We didn't seem to have away kits in those days! Might have been a friendly but , its bugged me for years that I can't remember!

Villan 57it was versus the italian under 21 side in a pre season friendly i was on the holte that day. Bruce rioch was captain it was Tommy Docs first full season August 1969. It was only when the Italians ran out all in blue we Villa fans realised we were playing in yellow shirts blue shorts yellow socks.

I remeber '57. Stood on The Holte, booed the lads when they came out, until some clever one's realised we were jeering our own. We won 1-0, cinvinced us we were going to walk away with The Second Division title. The following Saturday Norwich City came to town, Ken Foggo scored up the Witton End, beat us 1-0, and the nightmare was underway.

An old fart indeed 50 years a villan, a very old fart in fact. Not quite 50 years a Villan, but trailing you by four years. Forty-six years a Villan, attending my first game in '62.
