Vital Villan Interviews: villavillavilla
villavillavilla in the Vital Villan interviews:

1 - How long have you been a Villa fan and how did you first get the Claret & Blue faith?

Erm,,, since I was about 4 so 12 years.

2 - What was your first game?

Villa Vs Tottenham - cant remember the score though

3 - What is your most memorable moment as a Villa fan?

The signing of Milan Baros ! I was overwhelmed !

4 - And the worst moment?

Losing to Chelsea at Wembley in 2000

5 - Who are your favourite current Villa players?

Ashley Young and Wilfred Bouma.

6 - Which former player/s are your ultimate heroes?

Erm I'm not sure really but I was extremely fond of Merson!

7 - Which player do you think was the worst to ever put on the team colours?

MILAN BAROS! /: gutted........

8 - What is the best goal you have seen Villa score and which is your favourite game?

2 favourite games, away at Leicester when we won 5-0 and away at wolves 4-0! Because all of my mates are wolves fans so that was sweet!

9 - Best away ground visited?

St. James' Park

10 - Who would you like to see Villa sign this summer?

Thierry Henry.......... but realistically I would like us to sign Croatian trio Olic, Srna and Pranjic !!

11 - What are your predictions for us this season in the:
a) League
5th
b) Europe Quarter finals
c) Carling Cup Quarter finals
d) Fa Cup 5th round

12 - What is your opinion of Martin O'Neill?

Love the bloke, my only criticism of he would be that he dents spend enough money, but I'm sure he knows what he is doing ( I hope)!!!!!! LOL I think his man management and development skills of young players are top notch!

13 - What is your opinion of Randy Lerner and the new board?

Perfect! exactly what you want from them, they are willing to splash the cash and are not getting 'too' involved like a certain Mr Abramovic does ! Plus I think the Randanator is a genuinely nice fellow, shown by his over generous move which allows Acorns to be on the front of our kit !!

14 - Where do you sit at Villa and are you a season ticket holder?

Bottom row of top tear, Doug Ellis stand right on half way line,, top seats tbf !!

15 - And finally (stolen without shame from Vital Arsenal!) if you could invite 4 people connected to Villa, living or dead, to a dinner party, who would they be? And you can add one bit of top totty as well to make the party go with a 'bang' ;o)

Martin O'Neil, Randy Lerner, John Carew and Doug Ellis And Keeley Hazell !!

With thanks to villavillavilla

Losing to Chelsea in the 2000 F.A. Cup final has made a lot of peoples list as 'the worst moment'. What a let down that was. We just never turned up.
