Villa Soggy Loss To Boro

Sadly Villa missed the chance to go third twice in a week and a damp (to put it mildly) day at Villa Park didn't help lift the spirits.

Sadly/happily (depends which way you look at it really!) I wasn't well enough to get down but my mate deputised for me banging the boardings in my absense and Wiggy said:

Not much to say about the match yesterday, I actually quite enjoyed it up until Sidwell`s cock up, it was end to end football and both teams were playing some nice stuff considering the conditions. I do have to question the substitutions again though Hokey Cokey was having a very average game but he will not take him off. There was booing when he made the subs, first time I have heard that.

That will test your top 4 pedigree! Boro in the rain not a good mix.

We'll win both, easy.... Blimey, these drugs are ace, anyone else want some! Hey, you never know, if we go and battle at the Emirates, we could get something out the game.
The Fear
The final nail in the coffin of our top four aspirations? A wake up call to the dreamers amongst us?

We simply weren't good enough, just as we weren't good enough at St James Park last week. Get it sorted Mart, or humiliation awaits in our next two games.
