The issues over the last 10 yrs has been nothing to do with money. Its been a total lack of management, both on and off the field.

If, and its a big if, we get prpmoted, the funds look after themselves. If you cant improve on 100m a year, you deserve to be where we are.

The future hinges on nouse, not the wallet

There are a lot of issues in this and I don't want to bore everyone with an 8 page essay so let's see if I can hit them all in bullet points:

The Chinese Government apply the rules depending on the circumstances.

They won't force him to sell the club but they could prevent him from sending over more money from China.

The club would still be able to borrow money to finance players.

With the FPP rules, Dr X is unlikely to be throwing a load of money in anyway.

But Villa aren't on the list of clubs and also, he has enough assets outside of China apparently to cover any needs.
