Just bumping this thread up to merge one or two news items into it.

Move along, nothing to see here. He's not left the club or anything. Probably. Hopefully.

Interview on the OS with our esteemed CEO.

He survived Hurricane Andrew, did you know?

Anyway, well worth a read. I'm sure it will be covered in depth by Mr Fear or Mr Field at some point.

we probably worked on approximately 100 deals during this window. That gives you an idea.

The cynic in me reads it as a piece of promotional fluff and trying to get the fans back on board; at least, this who have wavered in the past 6-9 months (and perhaps I include myself in that number).

But in fact on closer inspection, I get the feeling (and reassurance) that this guy knows what he is doing. Steve Round knows what he is doing. Even Steve Bruce might actually know what he is doing!

We have had a lifetime of false dawns, missed opportunities and downright bad luck. If we (as in, all of us, but especially the fans) can hold their collective nerve, we might just be ok. The clock is ticking on promotion big time (bigly? ) but when we get back up, the possibilities are definitely mouth-watering.

Not sure we will fill a 60,000 stadium mind you, not without some serious pricing reconstruction.
