Bruce obviously had an idea of how he would play him, so maybe now's the time to try it. Onomah will want to play at Spurs in future, so it's in our interest to get Jack up to speed. He's a different sort of player, but with Adomah and Snoddy on the wings and Davis up front he could be an effective one.

I'm not a massive fan of Grealish, but he clearly has some talent. The next few months will be make or break for him at Villa in my opinion. If he has the desire to make his mark, we will see him in the team sooner or later.

He's a frustrating player for sure. However, throwing him into a relegation side and expecting him to carry the whole team is way too much for a young lad. Putting him into a winning team is completely different. He has his chance now. We'll see if he has the talent to back up his bravado.

Of course there is a way back. He is back. Ok, he's not in the starting eleven but he's in the squad and that is what it's all about. It's not just eleven players.

Im not his biggest fan it has to be said. However when he came on against Sunderland I did notice that his first touch upon receiving the ball was to get the game going forward and not as he always did before his lay off which was to slow the game down. Perhaps the coaching staff have noticed this in his game aswell and had a word.
Whatever, it has added something to his game. Perhaps this enforced injury layoff and the strengthening off the team in his absence has made him re evaluate his attitude and desire to be a part of its improving prospects.
He is still young and unquestionally has talent and ability. Time will tell with young Jack, bit it could be worth waiting for.

Yes he certainly talks the talk. An injury-free spell in a winning side might just give him the chance to shine. I hope so. It's been a while since one of our own came good.

We're winning, so he'll have to bide his time and get in either when we start losing or through injuries and suspensions.

But yes, of course there's a way back. Bruce was ready to build his team around him at the start of the season, so I'm sure he's keen to get him in now.

Always said I'd like to see what Jack can do in a team full of confidence. I imagine he'd work well with Adomah right now.

Totally up to him, he's got more natural talent than most I'd say. Same as deano, would love to see him in a confident team and with him given the license to get forward and 'show off'. That is when we'd see the real Jack I'd think, when he is flowing, not worrying and burdened by shite players around him.

Still got it all at his feet, hopefully he can impress when he gets his chance.
