I'm not really a film person but as I felt lousy, had a day in bed yesterday and watched Journey To the Center (yes - center !!!) to The Earth

It was a remake from last year - and I have to say - is 2 hours of my life I will never get back - it was awful.

However, it would make a good ride at Alton Towers if anyone can make it.

The secret Life of Walter Mitty;

This is best film I've watched in a long, long time. Very inspiring with a great message.

Just watched the guardian. Think topgun but a coast guard version. It was ok.

I've just rewatched Dead Poets Society

Still brilliant, possibly my favourite film of all time, even my teenage boys loved it. Robin Williams at his best!

American Hustle. Had little hope judging by other reviews in here. Turned it off. Life is too short. Boring as hell!

Just watched a film called The Prince, starring Jason Patric and co starring Bruce Willis and John Cusack. Usual yarn about a father, lost daughter who has been lead astray by drugs and drug baron who was Patric's enemy.

Not a bad film, worth a watch.

Gone Girl - 9/10 - Loved it. Very clever film, for once I had no idea of what the ending would be and not a clue what was going to happen next. Watched it just before the Everton game....

Fury - 9/10 - Wow! This is a superb war film, very realistic in the tanks, mud, uniforms etc (the plot is very USA! USA!). Good acting, but the best part for me was...the sound! When there was an explosion, the floor would shake (and there were plenty of explosions), so its a must watch at an iMax or such. Watched it just before the QPR game....
