Random quote: Five days shalt thou labour, as the Bible says. The seventh day is the Lord thy God's. The sixth day is for football.

Bloody internet was crap last night!

Anyway, last night we watched 'The Huntsman - Winter's War' last night starring Chris Hemsworth, Jessica Chastain, Charlize Theron.

One of those fantasy adventures but was quite good.

The Last House on the Left starring Garret Dillahunt, Monica Potter & Tony Goldwyn.

After kidnapping and brutally assaulting two young women, a gang unknowingly finds refuge at a vacation home belonging to the parents of one of the victims: a mother and father who devise an increasingly gruesome series of revenge tactics.

Excellent horror/thriller. Recommended!

Don't Look in the Basement 2 starring Andrew Sensenig, Frank Mosley & Arianne Martin.

In 1972, the patients and doctors at Stephens Sanitarium were brutally murdered. Over forty years later, the only known survivor returns only to find the ghosts of the past have not been resting in peace.

Poor film. Mrs P continued to watch it but I didn't. Pretty naff!

A Very Violent Year - it's really boring. It's like one of those films they show during the day on Fox Movies. I watched it because it got 7.0 on IMDB. It should be 1.7

The Sighting starring Kent Harper, Gill Gayle & Adam Pitman.

One year after seven local students are inexplicably murdered at a lake house party near the Canadian border, recent high school grads Travis and his buddy Nate plan a celebratory road trip...

Not bad, but a pretty poor ending which leaves you high and dry.

London Has Fallen - Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart - follow-up to Olympus Has Fallen from a couple of years back.

Typically preposterous US-secret-service-agent-saves-the-world fare, quite an enjoyable hour and a half though to be honest. Guns, bombs, terrorists, cheesy script - what's not to like?

Snow White and The Huntsman starring Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth & Charlize Theron.

In a twist to the fairy tale, the Huntsman ordered to take Snow White into the woods to be killed winds up becoming her protector and mentor in a quest to vanquish the Evil Queen.

Quite good actually. Decent enough action adventure movie.
