'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fans Want Phillips/Baros Up Front

So Vital Villa asked who should play up front v Port Vale and the resounding answer came back Kevin Phillips and Milan Baros, in fact 54% said it had to be that pairing.

Phillips has recently come back from an ankle injury and scored a brace in the reserves game against Manchester City this week, not to mention a comeback goal against local 'rivals' Birmingham City the week before. He's pushing for a place in the starting line up although it appears David O'Leary is looking to introduce the player from the bench.

The next pairing voted for was Angel and Baros with 22%. Bella and Hercules (the club mascots!) were in third place with 13%. Seems no one fancies Phillips and Angel (5%), Baros and Moore (2%) or Moore and Phillips (4%) to lead the line.
