Adomah In Team Of The Week (23/11/17)
Aston Villa are represented in the latest Football League team of the week that has been selected after this week's action.
The performance by Albert Adomah in the two one victory over Queens Park Rangers at the weekend at Loftus Road was enough to earn them a place in the side alongside the other most impressive performers in the Football League pyramid.
I think we'll already know ourselves, and not just based on the latest performance, why Adomah was selected as part of the team but explaining the choice - the FL blurb read.
'Despite an injury crisis at Villa Park, Steve Bruce`s men came out on top in their weekend clash with Queens Park Rangers. Adomah was the Villans` hero at Loftus Road, coolly converting a penalty and grabbing the winner with a fine low drive on his weaker foot.'
It's always good to see the club represented in this way, and well played to Adomah for his recognition, but the most important thing about the weekend was of course the win.
