Think if we can keep our players mostly fit, get Benteke back, we should be fine, maybe even push mid table. Who knows with this lot but not sure our hearts can take the strain of another relegation battle eh?!

That's a very big gap between Stoke and Everton (Stoke 8 - 1; Everton 150 - 1). That leaves a top seven and then the rest of us. 'To those that have shall be given ... To those who have little, even the little they have shall be taken away' This is what the Premier League has done to football.

Gone are the days when we was regarded as top 6 team and pushing for top 4....bad management and business had ruined this glorious club.

At this stage of how our squad is shaping up and Lambert showing early signs once again that he is going to try to be the master of spin ( and mumble) if the bookies could somehow organise that we definitely do finish 14th then I would snap that up in heart beat.

Amusing to see West Ham at 8-1

3 to 1 because it's us, more realistically 2 - 1 & i think the Baggies will finish above us. I wonder what the odds on 3 Claret & Blue teams going down are ?

It would be a bit more realistic if you took Palace out of the equation with Pulis in charge doubt if they should be anywhere near the bottom 3. Sunderlands form at the end of the season was probably best in league lets seeif that carries over. I feel its the bottom 3 + us and one other for the battle.

I think 3/1 is very generous. I doubt we'll see odds like that once the season starts.
