Lawro Home Win Shocker - Mystic Not So Much!

Lawro Home Win Shocker - Mystic Not So Much!

Blimey, lawro on www.bbc.co.uk/sport has gone for a 2-0 home win for Villa v Hull.

He reminds us that "Lambert has picked up only one point from the last 18 available and you know you are in trouble when your travelling fans turn on you and your players like Villa's did in their 4-1 defeat by Swansea last weekend." Adding, "The away fans go to every game, and that is the key. In the past Villa's home form has been poor under Lambert but they have done better on the road - now their travelling support seems to have had enough."

He also says Hull aren`t totally safe yet but thinks they have no chance of relegation even if they lose.

Mystic Mug wants to be positive but is trailing to Lawro for trying too much optimism. He sees no fight at home and little chance of a win, it was a toss of a coin between loss or draw and loss came up. 2-1 to Hull.

Sorry!

What say you folks?

Last home game of the season, no hope of anyting from our two away games so we will win this one as we are in last chance saloon. Long to scoe their only goal and we win 3-1, happy Days. COTVABU

I agree with Mystic tbh. 2-1 to Hull. The best we can hope for is 1-1 imho.

I can't see Hull being ready to go for a battle (FA Cup looming, possible injury) so, as long as Villa get stuck into them, I see a 2-1 win (can't see a clean sheet somehow)

It just shows how low Avfc has fallen when we are worried by hull The sooner lambert is sacked the quicker the club will go forward Gods will be done ,

I agree that it shows how poor we are Flo. If we can't even get a point against Hull, we deserve to go down . 0-1 to Hull if they're up for it, 1-1 if they're thinking of Wembley . What a bloody shambles !

Tight game, if we get the first goal I think we will win but just! If they score then that will impact on villa players how are low on confidence, then that will be that.

Unfortunately we aren't good enough to beat Hull. They have players who can put the ball in the net, we don't, also they have players who can stop strikers scoring, we don't"".0-2 Norwich. We wil be hoping the other results go our way.

How TF have we come to this pass? I have a rage-song in my head; The Stranglers' "Something's Gotta Change" (I think). On me fourth pint, so can't be sure now. Support the lads we've got, enjoy our final home win of the season.
