Mystic Mug v Lawro... Everton v Villa !

Mystic Mug said a draw v Baggies and Lawro a win. Mystic has never been happier to be wrong!

This week Lawro has predicted on BBC Sport a 1-1 draw v Everton.

He says: "It has been a bad week for Everton: they have got an injury list as long as your arm and they got thumped by Liverpool in the Merseyside derby.......This game will be a test of character as much as anything else for Roberto Martinez's men because, if they are going to feel sorry for themselves, it will be this weekend."

Adding, "We know Aston Villa are dangerous on the counter-attack away from home and they will be full of confidence when they arrive at Goodison Park. Christian Benteke has started to find some form and the whole team is playing well again - they got a draw at Liverpool and came back from 2-0 down to beat West Brom 4-3 on Wednesday."

Mystic Mug is discombobulated. He can`t figure out the last two games. The Baggies one especially, seven goals, what the heck!? He`s going from one extreme to the other so on a flip of coin he`s predicting a narrow Everton win. He says he is being thrashed by Lawro because he started off so optimistically and it will take a few more wins before he gets the optimism back!

Having to play again so soon after Wed hopefully the lads will have more energy than I have after watching it. I'd take a draw but the way Benteke is playing at the moment anything's possible.
It would be typical of Villa to come crashing down to earth after Wednesdays' performance. Therefore, I go for 2-1 to Everton.

Lawro is on a roll at the mo. His H/D/A predictions have been spot on recently. I fancy a draw too, 2-2. Merseyside is a decent hunting ground for us. Should of won at Ev last season if it wasn't for that big haired****.
Well it doesn't look like our squad will be upset by a new signing coming in! So soon after Wednesday? I hope that's tongue in cheek!
Heart says 3-2 Villa, head says 2-2
Think goals may dry up tommorow a bit..anti climax from Wednesday night...but a clean sheet!0-0 I reckon!
M Mug has dropped his bottle! Villa for the win, 1-3 to the good guys.
