Lawro is firmly on the fence this weekend after telling www.bbc.co.uk he thinks Villa v Crystal Palace will be a 1-1 draw.
The formerly moustached one states the bleeding obvious saying "Aston Villa are not on a good run at the moment, having lost their last three games, and that shows how quickly things change in the Premier League because before then, they went five games unbeaten. Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert will not let any criticism from fans get to him but his side's home form is amongst the worst in the division and that will be a big concern to him."
Adding "But they do operate better when they are on the road and they can play on the break, which is why I have gone for a draw here."
Stoke 2 - 1 Aston Villa
Aston Villa 0 - 3 Man Utd
Fulham 2 - 0 Aston Villa
Southampton 2 - 3 Aston Villa
Aston Villa 0 - 0 Sunderland
WBA 2 - 2 Aston Villa
Crystal Palace 0 - 3 Newcastle
Chelsea 2 - 1 Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace 2 - 0 Cardiff
Crystal Palace 1 - 0 West Ham
Norwich 1 - 0 Crystal Palace
Hull City 0 - 1 Crystal Palace
Mystic Mug says you don`t know what you are going to get with Villa these days, but you do know that a Pulis team will fight. He`s far from convinced our lads are up for the fight having backed them (and by backing them, he`s being thrashed 6-3 at the moment by Lawro in right predictions) so is going to be a total humbug and say an away win. 1-0 to Palace.
This should, of course, guarantee a Villa home win... would be nice. 15 wins in 55 so far under Paul Lambert, that needs to improve.
Thoughts and predictions folks?

Oh and a great exchange on Facebook. I said I was looking forward to the game and someone answered: "'I'm looking forward to it, in the same way I look forward to going to Amsterdam. Great fun at first but I`m worried about what we're gonna come away with'
