He`s been linked to them before, no doubt he`ll be linked to them again!

The Sun say that Darren Bent is again wanted by Turkish side Galatasaray.

They have recent grabbed Didier Drogba and whether they are able to hold on to him or not (some guff about his Chinese side appealing about the move) they will look to buy Bent, who missed yesterdays match v Arsenal with a bruised foot, in the summer.

They mention a fee in the area of £10million. Hmmm, lovely loss from the £18m rising to £24m fee we paid!

The report is a bit daft on this bit though, they say if we go down we`ll 'allow` Stephen Ireland, Richard Dunne, Shay Given and Bent all being allowed to leave. ALLOW THEM? They hardly play! Dunne is out of contract so he`ll be gone anyway and Ireland? Well, we might say he is available but will anyone else take the risk and pay his wages?

Lambert isn't playing him, so you can hardly expect us to get anywhere near what we paid for him.

Bent i will be sad to see leave but Lambert has chosen a different style of play what that is im still not sure tbh but good luck to Bent in the future lets hope he helps save us first though if we need him which at some point im sure we will!

Trying not to be disrespectful. No matter what yr style of play is ONLY a MORON wouldn't play Bent. I mean even to the extent of selling him, he should be on display!!!!! Might even save us from relegation again.

Pablo i hear ya dude, just can't understand the treatment he has received under Lambert myself, we need goals to win points surely a fit Bent would be an asset?

Bent out. Fergie, Wenger and the special one must be morons as they've never considered buying him. He doesn't score unless you give him the ball in the 6 yard box with no defenders near him. PL isn't going to change everything just to accommodate 1 player so we can get another 3 mil for him. 1 dimensional goal hangers have no place in modern day football. We will be lucky to get 10 mil for him.

444, change the record just for once. Bent is quality and if he can only score in the six yard box, how come he smacked one in against Ipswich from outside the box in front of the holte. At least stick to the facts.

444- i hope this is not your age!! simple fact they did not buy him - we did - so if we bought him why not play him - he did save us from relegation last time round. Anyhow if Arsenal had a 6 yard striker they would be in the top 2!!. i am trying not to make this personal but really. Your suggestion don't play bent and let him walk away for what 10 mil, is this proper business practice or just the way our club does business, buy expensive sell CHEAP!!!!!
