Jack's Stock Continues To Grow

Youngster Jack Grealish has been rewarded for his continuing improvement at the club by being named the Republic of Ireland's U17 Player of the Year, as that improvement was more than on show during their European Championship qualifying campaign where the Republic progressed to the Elite Round of the competition, in part helped by Grealish's three goals in six games.

The player tweeted after the ceremony:

'Thank you everyone for your messages. It was a great achievement for me. Lie is all about winning things and making your family proud. It was a great night and was great to meet the Irish first team!'

Can't be too long before his gets his first team taste with us as he's shining at all other levels still.

Well done Jack!

Whilst i can't wait to see if Jack the lad can cut it in the first team (i think he can) i would prefer for the timing of introducing him and any other hot prospect into our first team to be when we are not loosing regulary and in a high pressure enviroment in a relegation battle tbh
CLIVETHEVILLAN
I agree with Clive we shouldnt rush him Id send him out on loan next year and assess the situation then... If you're good enough you should play but England have this problem with playing guys too early...
CDX_EIRE
I agree with both Clive and CDX
Pride of Lions
i agree with Clive, CDX & Pride of Lions.

Jack and Jordan are a real couple of Gems...
WorldClassAV
another top prospect, the academy really do a great job!
The Fear
He's a talent, and as WorldClassAV so rightlysays, so too is Jordan Graham. Both get you up out of your seat, both naturally gifted, and extrely talented, both with tremendous potential. Both excite when they are in possession, both possess the ability to turn opposition defenders inside out. Both can create and contribute themselves to the scoresheet. Both still have aways to go, but both genuinely look the real deal.
