Alan Hutton Spanish Exit Route?

Sky Sports are saying that Alan Hutton could be on his way to Spanish side Real Mallorca on loan.

Sky say that talks are advanced on this loan deal and they say a Mallorca source says they are confident the deal will be done.

Lambert has also said there has been a little bit of interest in his other exile, Stephen Warnock but nothing concrete and that he`s had no enquiries about any of the players he is utilising.

Exciting times! :(

More of the same........more outs than ins......

Not surprised that there is no interest in any of the players he is using.
RiF
That's presumably to help them out of their struggle to avoid relegation from their top flight......

Another thing - if as an owner, you take your manager away from his team for a couple of days during a period of fixture congestion (not to mention the jet lag afterwards ) just to tell him that his job is "safe"....is that the behaviour of someone who is the full biscuit up top? For me, thats a ten minute phone call or a quick SMS lol. Also - at what point is his job "not safe"......when he becomes, what, Pol Pot?

Leeds apparently the likely destination for Warnock

well - nearly... so Leeds will have a better left back than us. None of this makes any sense to me.

Good news, quite a bit off the wage bill - thus allowing PL to bring someone else in? Good luck to Hutton if he does leave.

Set up perfectly arent we ? new players preumably all on championship wages so we can go and play there next season meanwhile we continue to try and ditch those on prem wages.

The only enquiry about players that he is currently utilsing is from a local taxidermist........

VillaHippo - Do we believe that hopeless Faulkner will be able to get any clubs loaning our players to cover 100% of their wages? We will still be paying 60-70% minimum. Not overyone is as naive as we are when loaning players. We paid a fee to loan Jenas, Spurs inserted a no return clause, and we were stuck with his £50k per week wages for the entire season even after he got injured. This will probably generate about an extra £10k per week, and be used as a reason why we don't recruit anyone/sign another lower league player who isn't good enough

To some up our CEO's acumen when it comes to negotiating player purchases/sales, I will need to steal, and slightly amend, an insult that Aussie wicket keeper once shouted at Phil 'The Cat' Tufnell.................."Hey Faulkner. Can I borrow your brain? I'm thinking of building an idiot!" UTV

malacaxeta - the players were for some unknown reason not in, so he wasn't away from them. Why they aren't all in doing extra sessions on defending set pieces is a mystery. Personally I' keep them all at training until midnight every day until they stop being a shambles.

I have been surprised that you havent used Warnock in midfield, where he has looked impressive in the past. as for Hutton, the man is a waste of space and has gone from being a very good full back to a complete loser in his time in the south. in his first few months at spurs he was very impressive, but increasing talk of drinking fighting and losing focus all round seemed to turn great potential into nothing.
