More Bradford Tickets On Sale

Aston Villa have released more £29 tickets in the Trinity Road Upper for the second leg clash against Bradford.

These tickets are situated in A2, A7 and A8 as the club try to ensure all areas of Villa Park are packed and pumped for the semi final.

North Stand and Holte are now sold out, Witton Lane has a limited allocation and is near selling out and there is some availability left in the Family area.

All tickets are now on general sale, and as previously said the club will be giving away free flags to those attending.

Tickets available from VP or via the box office hotline - 0800 612 0970.

What a load of marketing claptrap."Villa have released more tickets?????" WHat is that meant to mean?? Were they going to leave these seats empty?? It is just a poor attempt to drum up support by pretending that demand is outstripping supply. Lets look at the simple facts. The ground holds 42,500. Of that 6,500 have been snapped up by Bradford. This means we are struggling to sell 36,000 tickets for a home semi final, where the support is most definitely needed, with the promise of Wembley around the corner. We have even taken to advertising on Talksport. Personally I think it is embarrassing. Both in terms of the tickets sold and by the pathetic attempt at marketing. How far the mighty have fallen and how fickle are the fans? Well done to those who can bothered to turn up.

THINK they had said the upper wouldn't be used unless other tickets were sold out, certainly what they have done with other cup games.
