More Home Games Moved For Villa

Villa have announced that Sky have picked two live games for Villa in March and both are home clashes.

Hate the home games being picked and changed. Been way too many this season.

So..

Manchester City is now Monday March 4 at 8pm (was Saturday 2)

Liverpool is now Easter Sunday (31st March) with a 1:30pm kick off.

Scheduling football matches for Easter Sunday is outrageous. It is the holiest day in the Christian calender. Aston Villa FC originated as a church team. I wish the club had the guts to tell the FA and the television companies to get lost. At the same time the FA gets misty-eyed about the singing of the "Cup Final Hymn" - Abide with me. The hypocrisy of it stinks.

A large portion of our revenue comes from the televised games so your not likely to hear the club tell the television companies to get lost. We won't have to worry about it next season anyway. All i have to do is get up and switch on the laptop and 1:30 games on a Sunday are still hard work. I feel for you guys but at the same time i'm jealous i can't be there regardless how early or when the games are.
