6 months and he has finally got it. But as he does very little on the training ground himself (he thinks he is O'Neill and, by proxy Clough, and will motivate quality out of people with words), how can we be sure this is being addressed? Culverhouse does all the day to day, and he was a defender at Norwich in the 90's. They have been coached by a defender for the last 6 months and still no one on the pitch is capable of picking up a runner or marking a man. What makes Lambert so mind numbingly arrogant that he believes he has the answers? You can't polish a turd and, Paul my friend, you signed a whole bowl full in the summer. You also persist in playing players who are clearly NOT good enough to make up the spine of our side. Bannan and Delph? Don't make me laugh. Sign better players and drill them on the basics in training! The lower league experiment has failed but I think you are deluded enough to think you can continue this approach and survive. Pride comes before a fall and that is where you are heading. But while you will walk away with a full bank account and inflated sense of self importance we, the fans, can't walk away from Villa. PLEASE PLEASE do the right thing!!!!

Tell us something that isn't blatantly obvious Paul, something that hasn't been blatantly obvious since day one at Upton Park. In fact dont even bother telling us anything, just please get it sorted. The clock is ticking on our premier league future, it's action that is needed, not meaningless words.
