Lawro has predicted a 1-1 draw on BBC Sport. The Match of the Day pundit points to our last two defeats and says the pressure is on and it is obvious that the team need 2-3 experience players to help the young players out. See: Mystic - Villa MUST Win - Lawro On Fence

Bristol Villan: My first attempt at an article having visited the site for years. Be forewarned, it's a bit of a rant! There seems to be a growing number of fans calling for Lerner to relinquish ownership of the club. His 'reluctance to spend' seems to be the main reason behind this opposition, though I'm still struggling to comprehend how such a conclusion has been drawn by so many of the club's supporters. Lerner has invested in the club, its players and its facilities substantially since he took control back in 2006. It seems that some aren't happy unless we bring in at least one £10million+ marquee player each window. Agreed, our average transfer spend has decreased in recent years but is the chairman tightening the purse strings or simply being more careful with his cash? See: Has Lerner Lost Interest?

Paul Lambert has talked about injuries, admitted he already has his plans for January and said it's possible the tolls of the season are starting to catch up with the youngsters. Speaking to the Daily Mail after the Spurs result, the gaffer said when asked the question of whether it was catching up with our younger lads. See: Lambert Brief On January Plans

Brad Guzan has described the Spurs defeat as a 'bump in the road' and said Paul Lambert's long term vision for the club is spot on and will reap it's own rewards in time. Not sure a bump given the results is appropriate, a crater feels more apt. Speaking to the Official Site following another heavy loss, but more importantly, another game without a performance and without the drive and determination we'd become accustomed to, Brad said: Guzan Has Faith In Lambert

Managers reaction: Paul Lambert has said he won't let the players get too low after our last two results, just as he didn't let them get too carried away with our two recent victories. See: Lambert - Spirits Will Remain High
