Welsh Striker Linked - AVFC Press Transfer Talk

Damn, we are being linked with a Norwich City player in The Mirror but not the one I think (well, my mate pointed him out to me when at Stockport County) I`d like. No, not Pilkington, we are being linked with Steve Morison.

The 29-year-old striker moved to Norwich under Lambert from Millwall for 2.8.

The Welsh international scored 10 under Lambert but has only played 3 times for Hughton.

Vital Fulham have a link to Darren Bent and I noticed some talk of a move to Stoke for the England striker also.

Hmmm.

Bent well stay I think. But who comes in is a Mystery. The press are really gambling with there links, it was understood Huntlaar was set to join Arsenal but then he signed a new contract. Typical Press.

So easy to be a transfer journalist... Im surprised I havnt seen any defenders linked after yesterdays result... Il move on... Its all about the MF I dont believe any speculation until its actually a position we might need...

Pilks would be a great buy but we would have to fork out top dollar. Morison.... makes sense. He knows the Championship * sarcasm alert *
