Mystic Mug Sits On Fence - Lawro Says Villa Loss

No surprise on this one really, Lawro has told BBC Sport he expects a 2-0 win to Chelsea this Sunday.

Lawro points to their performance v Leeds

"On the pitch, things are looking up. As well as beating Leeds, his side created enough chances to beat Corinthians in the final of the Club World Cup and I think they will beat Aston Villa on Sunday."

And on Villa, "Villa have had a good run of late and they had a great win at Anfield last Saturday. The Villa fans seem to have accepted where they are at right now under Paul Lambert. They know they don't have much quality but, if their team gives them absolutely everything, then they are happy with that. I think Villa will stay up and I hope they do because I like what Lambert is trying to do at the club, building his own side with young players."

Mystic Mug got it right v Liverpool and is now just 4-7 down !

This weekend? Muggy is going to sit neatly on the fence, he thinks a loss to be fair but doesn`t want to say that after our good run, so is saying a fabulous 2-2 draw.

At best 1-1, but I can't see a Norwich or Liverpool so I have to go 2-1 Chelski

I think we will win & that's probably the kiss of death. Chelsea must be knackered by now

Will be a tough one, Chelsea have phenomenal talent in their ranks and aren't mugs, they can hurt you in a flash with Mata and Co. Norwich and Liverpool are mid table teams at best so lets not be under any illusion of Chelsea's quality. We are on a good run though and confidence is high, we beat them last year with M******** in charge too so who knows. I'm going for a 2-2. UTV

lawro is a prat and make predictions by a clubs status rather than current form and situation. he said villa fans have accepted we don"t have much quality oh really? that's new to me i did not know lawro has become our spokesman now ! anyway im going for a draw or villa win we always do good against chelsea accept for that 7-0 bashing we got a few years ago !

Loved the sour look on his face on MOTD after battering liverpool, he really ***** me off! If Lawros predictions were right we would be 19th and QPR would be 7th so shows what that moron knows! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20784357 Scroll to the bottom and you see Lawros table if his predictions had been right. Anyway I'm going for a 2-2 draw! UTV!
