Don't want to take it lightly obviously...but oh thank the heavens :-)
Come on
Gotta be happy with that. 2nd leg at Villa Park is perfect.

Best possible draw - could it be our name is on this cup?
Not to be, and won't be taken, lightly, but this is a great draw for us and as Jamie Redknapp said, home at the second leg really does make a huge difference. Nice. Oh and, come in Swansea!
The Fear
In the second leg, not at the second leg btw!
The Fear
Yes! Let's make it to the final so my little brother can ball boy there :).
Lets not forget we lost the 1st leg to Tranmere in 94. Bradford are gonna park the bus and double up on our strikers. Ain't gonna be a walk in the park
Second half of the season looking so much brighter than the first.
Should be a great tie. You will be expecte to win. The two legs also favoursthe big club! I think it could come down to the tie at your pace as we may sneak a draw up here! Vital Bradford.....
Take a scrappy draw at Bradford then turn on the style in the second leg !!
Fair point Marshy! I just feel that the longe we are level, then i only takes a seond or a run of the ball. Good look and here is to a good tie!
Absolutely perfect draw. We couldn't have asked for better. Stunning stuff. Gotta be favourites for this tie then we know we can beat Swansea and have a decent chance against Chelski with this manager. Great stuff!
: ) Nice! Looking forward to a couple of great games, two teams who will both be up for it, excellent.
Lambert not having a bad first season so far!

Awesome news!! Couldn't be better
Perfect draw, but they must be taken seriously.
Best possible draw we could have asked for, but as stated above we can't take them lightly which Lambert will know. It will be great to see the mighty Villans back at Wembley to make up for last time when we were ripped off. PUMPED
Best possible draw.. However I bet Arsenal thought that as well.. Must not underestimate them.. Somehow I don't think Lambo will..This is our year for the FA Cup as well or am I just dreaming..??
I agree with Jonny PL doesnt take things lightly he rates lower league players more so than other managers too so we should be ok... Getting to the final should advance PLs plans too...
Perfect draw, but yes, we cant under estimate them, they're having a great run in the cup. But with the 2nd leg at Villa Park, we should be OK.

Bradford looked great knocking out Arsenal. They won't be a pushover.
So if (McGrath willing) we finish the job and make it to the final - then with a European spot up for grabs for the winners of the Cup - my question is if Chelsea won the thing and then finished top 4 - would the runner-up in the cup still go into Europe?
Nope, Chelsea would be entered twice X)
Wouldnt it go to the next placed team in the league?
We're Not Fickle
As much as this is a great draw for the Villa, Bradford will be saying the exact same. We represent their best chance of qualification as do they ours and so here's to a good spirited, exciting and ultimately successful couple of ties. UP THE VILLA !!!
Tranmere were 2 minutes away from knocking us out in 94. These games are potential banana skins. Just ask Wigan and the Arse. Should be a great atmosphere for both games. And may the best team (us) win . . . .
Think the best bit of news was getting the second leg at home Bradford have already seen off Arsenal & Wigan so no one in their right mind will see this as a walkover. The good news is that we are hitting form and Bradford may have got us at the wrong time for them.
The most positive aspect for us facing lower division opposition is that we have a team with quite a few lads who know how teams battle and scrap in the lower divisions (Westwood, Lowton, Bannan, Herd, Bennett and Weimann have all recently played at that level). So hopefully that will stand us in good stead....
Good draw but as many say we have to go into this as you would for a top 4 our motto goes.........
Remember the Tranmere game like it was yesterday. I was in the North Stand upper. Dalians last minute header. O'Brien hitting the post for them in extra time, then Bozzy's heroics in the shoot out (with a lump like a boiled egg on his bonce from John Aldridges knee!). As others have said, Bradford weren't flattered by beating Arsenal - they deserved it. Gird your loins lads this will be an old fashioned style cup tie, a proper blood and guts belter. UTV!!!
