Lichaj Hoping To Create A Kodak Moment

Eric Lichaj has said he would love to make it all the way to Wembley so he tell his littlen all about it.

Speaking to the Official Site ahead of tonight's quarter final clash, the fill in left back said:

'If we get to Wembley I'll get a picture of it and frame it so I can engrave it in her brain that her daddy played at Wembley. She's three weeks old now and she's got my hair!'

I won't comment on the hair crack!

Lichaj remembers the buzz around the club last time we reached the final, but he wants to experience it first hand for himself now:

'I didn't go, I wasn't in and around the first team anyway and I was a bit younger so it didn't really feel like I was involved, but it was good for the club and I was excited for the lads that were playing. We've done well to stay in the Cup and hopefully we can make a run to Wembley like we did a couple of years ago.'

Matthew Lowton shares Eric's enthusiasm for a Wembley trip this season, and also said elsewhere on the Official Site:

'The league is the main priority but a good cup run is fantastic. We've got a great chance of getting to the last four and we will go there with high hopes and we will try and win the game. If we get into the semi finals it will add an extra dimension to the season.'
