Hutton Joins Forest On Loan

Alan Hutton has today joined Nottingham Forest on an emergency loan deal until January 1.

The 27 year old certainly hasn't been in Paul Lambert plans, but fair play he hasn't kicked up a fuss or ran to the press, so hopefully this is a precursor to a permanent move for him and I find myself wishing him well.

I disagree, good luck to you Hutt. I don't like the way you've been treated. You are a better player than Bennett, Stevens, Lichaj and Lowton. I like the way you can bomb forward and I like your passion. Shame Lambert doesn't agree.

Good riddance - Lichaj has already shown himself to be better and (despite a couple of dodgy showings) Lowton also looks a better option. Fair play for not kicking up a fuss (I'm sure the wages he stole from us helped) but he's truly been one of the worst signings I've seen at the club.

He deserves to be playing first team football, just not at Villa. Good luck to th guy, hope he does well and Forest make a bid for him.

He was useless at defending and tracking back, and when he went forward he could never cross the ball. Good luck at Forest and hopefully they sign him permanently.

Nottingham Forest are staging a panto based on local hero Robin Hood. They've signed Hutton up for the part of Friar Tuck

Lets not get carried away hes only on a 5 week loan once he gets sent off twice Forest will probably cancel the loan. Seriously I usually wish any player who leaves Villa Park good luck only exception has been Downing, pardon me gloating.

He's gone but will still be on our wage bill. The way the club is run we can have our pants pulled down and end up paying 50k per week for an injured player (Jenas), but our business wise Chief Executive cant manage to get anyone to do the same for our dross. We are still paying most of Warnock's wages too. Doesn't that indicate that someone doesn't know what they are doing? At least the match day facilities are better for corporate cronies though hey! PRIORITIES????
