NY Marathon Off - So Gough To Run Round Villa Park

Folks of Vital!

I've done a few articles on Pete Gough who was set to run the New York Marathon to raise money for Cure Leukaemia.

#19

I've just had the following communication about it, no point me re-writing it as it is self explanatory:

Hey Jonathan

As you know, Villa fan Pete Gough planned to run the ING New York Marathon on the 4th November to raise funds for CL - unfortunately this didn`t happen as the marathon was cancelled because of Hurricane Sandy.

Pete went to New York in the hope he could still run the marathon and was there when it was decided it wouldn`t be held.

Aston Villa have now agreed to let Pete run 50 laps of Villa Park before the Arsenal game next week.

Can you put some info on your website please to inform Villa fans what Pete is doing any why? He has put such a lot of effort into his fundraising!

So there you go, cheer Pete on at Villa Park when we play Arsenal and for donations go to: www.justgiving.com/pagough
